Storage for baggage, modern rooms, spotless cleanliness, convenient location. Staff went above and beyond! Ivan was friendly and provided helpful suggestions on transportation and attractions. Thank you, Ivan! The bed was comfy, the staff was nice and there was a nearby 7/11. The facilities were fantastic! I had the whole place to myself and enjoyed the deluxe amenities, including a cozy dorm with privacy and locker, a stylish bathroom with hot water, a well-equipped kitchen, and a comfortable living room. Perfectly positive!

The perfect place to stay that provides great services. The staff at the hotel went above and beyond to make my stay memorable, going as far as organizing a surprise birthday celebration for me. It felt like I was a VIP at a 5-star hotel!

Cool room, comfy bed, good facilities. Snacks and drinks available, 7eleven outside. Prompt response and safe-keeping of tablet. Good value for private room.

The location is convenient for exploring the Quiapo area and the hotel has good wifi connectivity. the beds provide privacy and the rooms are well-laid out, with clean bedding and towels provided.

The noise from the staff at night can be disruptive to guests trying to sleep.

During my Christmas stay, I absolutely loved the friendly and accommodating staff at the hostel. They went above and beyond to make sure my needs were met and even helped me sort out some travel arrangements. The location was also fantastic, with easy access to public transportation and plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Another advantage I enjoyed was the fast and reliable Wi-Fi, which was essential for staying connected during my trip.

My only complaint was that the washroom facilities were not up to par. The lack of a sink for washing was inconvenient, and the tap at knee height was not ideal.
